America: 23rd May 2017

Today I walked to the T mobile store that offers Pay as You go. The closest store doesnt offer it for some dumb reason. The walk itself was the same distance as walking from one end of Seaford beach to the lighthouse at the other end. Its mostly in a straight line heading north too. Americans love spreading out their locations. It took me about an hour to walk it, maybe longer. I wasn't timing it.
The cheapest Pay as you Go is a bit crap. Its standard over here to have to pay for INCOMING calls and texts. How rubbish is that. The other thing is they charge you 3$ of your credit every month before it runs dry. why? America...
The deal doesn't come with mobile internet. The cheapest deal on that is $40 for 4Gb of data for the month. It would be ideal if there were a $10 for 1Gb but there just isn't.
However I can add 1Gb of data for $10, for ONE WEEK OF USE. Lame.
I wondered around two shopping areas along my walk. I have yet to see a Denny's, McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hutt, KFC or anything you would expect to see. Nothing! Not even in LA along the way by taxi.
Sabine and I went for another walk around the park. Its getting a bit samey now. On the way back a few resident workers of this apartment complex were driving around in their golf buggy. They stopped next to us to hand out free sweats, saying its something they usually do on Tuesdays. Sabine chose Skittles, I chose Starburst/Opel Fruits. Opel Fruits was a better name. Why did they re-name them?
We reheated the dinner food from yesterday. There is some left for tomorrow too. But we might have to add pasta to it. We cant afford any flavourings like pasta sauce.
Im getting very lonely. I miss talking to people. I tried talking to those in the T Mobile shop but the conversation didn't last. Sabine is all I have :'(
The letter box was full of junk mail/ superstore offers. The funniest thing I saw was an ice cream named 'Fat Boy'. lol On a more interesting note, there was a picture of Boysenberry yogurt. Might need to check that out! As for my jar of the jam, I find it best to eat a (clean) teaspoon of it every now and then rather than use the bread up.

A rather handy comparison map I created.
